This is an important study that provides support for human-centred intervention in PPD. The major limitation is that a cut-off value of 7 was used in the current study, while a cut-off value of 9 (more strict) was used in the previous study to which the current results are compared. Therefore, the pool of participants is categorically different, and the potential for this difference to confound the current conclusions must be mentioned.
In addition, there are two statements in the Results & Discussion that claim intervention has a positive impact on infant growth. If this is the case, the data supporting this should be more clear. I did not see data on the non-PPD group, but it should be included if this conclusion is to remain in the manuscript.
