1) The authors should compare their results with results of Huang et al. PMID:22293688 that used WTCCC Phase I genotype data in order to reanalyse this association after imputation on 1000 genomes as reference
2) Recently, a fundamental criticism was published regarding the GCTA-method of Yang used in this manuscript (Kumar et al. 2015 "Limitations of GCTA as a solution to the missing heritability problem." PMID: 26699465 ). Basically, Kumar et al. state that due to a design problem of GCTA algorithm, GWAS data are necessarily overfit by GCTA which, as a result, produces high estimates of heritability, and hence, that GCTA applied to current SNP data cannot produce reliable or stable estimates of heritability. The authors should comment on this issue and state, whether this criticism affects results and conclusions of this manuscript.
